Educational Background:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (required)
• Master’s in Architecture or Urban Design, PMP, BIM, or LEED certification (preferred)
•  Licensed professional (PPAR or equivalent)

Work Experience:

• 10–15 years in architectural design and project management
• Proven leadership of large-scale projects over 1 Billion ETB.

Project Experience:

• Commercial: 3 projects (e.g., office towers, malls)
•  Residential: 4 projects (100+ units)
• Institutional: 2 projects (e.g., hospitals, universities)
• Industrial: 2 projects (e.g., factories, warehouses)
• Hospitality/Public: 1 project (e.g., hotels, parks)

Technical Skills & Competencies:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across all design phases
• Support construction: reviews, RFIs, variations
• Knowledge of codes, permits, value engineering
• BIM-based coordination and sustainable design
• Internal reviews and client management

Soft Skills:

• Inspires teams, communicates effectively, and problem-solves quickly
• Supports supervision with practical input
• Quality-focused and team-oriented
• Software Proficiency:
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD (2D); exposure to Revit Structure, Civil 3D, or other BIM tools is a plus.
