Essential Function

• Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the Relationship Management team;
• Lead the Relationship Management team to mobilize  fresh resources (Deposit, FCY, and Share capital);
• Facilitate the work Process of customer relationship Management team by developing clear role & responsibilities;
• Ensure that enhanced service quality is provided for high for high valued customers by the bank;
• Ensure the relationship management team are mobilizing fresh resource(Deposit, FCY and Share Capital);
• Acquire & expand high value customer relationship by maximizing sale opportunity;
• Establish Banking relationships with key business influencer in the country economy;
• Coache relationship management team under the domain to leverage sales techniques.
• Coach, mentor, and train the branches sales representatives on all sales skills aspects;
• Performs any other duties assigned by the supervisor;

• MA/BA in Marketing Management, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields with 7.5/9.5 years of experience in relevant fields in banking industry.

 Place of Work: – Addis Ababa, Hawassa
